19 of the Russian's twenty-one victories have been earned on hard courts
A revitalized Medvedev won his first trophy for 882 days with success over Frenchman Moutet in the tournament final.
Medvedev, a former world number one, has endured a difficult season, winning just one win at the Grand Slams and undergoing a meltdown at the American major.
Medvedev's unpredictability on the tennis tour - and difficulties with his serving in particular - resulted in him falling of the elite rankings and eventually splitting with long-term trainer Cervara.
Currently working with his coach and Goetzke, the tennis star has consistently advanced in the recent weeks - peaking in a hard-fought three-set victory over opponent Corentin Moutet.
It is the player's first title after the Rome competition and first on a hard court from spring of 2023.
Victory also signifies he has secured 21 championships at 21 various tournaments.
"This marks the first occasion I have attended a tournament with my both daughters together, so to get a championship is really nice," said ranked player Daniil Medvedev.
"This victory is in dedication of my second daughter my daughter, because the first title I got when my first daughter my daughter was delivered was for her."
The athlete, the former major winner, had been defeated in his last six title deciders, including in the German tournament in the past months.
His retrieving strategy and recurring reactions on court had prompted some to question if his capacity to perform at the top level was over.
Yet the 29-year-old has altered his approach in recent weeks, striving to approach the net and perform aggressively, backed up by an enhanced serve.
Medvedev came back from a break down in the opening set against the challenging opponent, securing 4 of the final five games to take the lead.
Both players exchanged break points in the middle set before the Frenchman, bidding for his maiden tour title, seized the initiative to push for a final set.
Moutet saved four early opportunities in a tight deciding set before Medvedev secured a break to fifteen to serve for the match.
Fittingly, Medvedev secured the win with a rally at the net, with his opponent failing to control a return after a lengthy match.
